45 mins of  back, neck, face and head massage that uses a combination of deep tissue massage and Tibetan massage techniques to ease tension and acupressure points are stimulated to aid sleep and reduce anxiety.

A relaxing massage using a traditional Swedish massage technique and therapeutic oil to calm the nervous system and soft tissues of the body. More gentle and flowing than a Sports Massage, following a rhythmic pattern of massage over the whole body.

Joint Release combined with energy therapy. based on techniques such as Thai massage, Trager and Energy Therapy this massage can unlock blocked energy in the body, frees up the joints and muscles and can release the nervous system from a fight and flight state.

Nina - 45 minute Massage

Starting with a shoulder massage which continues over the head and finishes with a facial massage incorporating tension relieving pressure points, this is a lovely stress relieving treatment. Please do not wear wearing foundation/facial make up (eye make up is fine). This treatment incorporates an Ayurvedic hair and scalp oil which acts as a treatment when left on. 

Indian Head Massage

A 45 minute foot massage that can be as relaxing as it is therapeutic.Rejuvenating, mobilising and relieving the soft tissue and joints of the foot and ankle.

45 min Foot Massage

A deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage designed to calm the whole body and mind. Using gentle and mesmeric strokes it can relax the nervous system and give you a sense of wellbeing.
