45 mins of  back, neck, face and head massage that uses a combination of deep tissue massage and Tibetan massage techniques to ease tension and acupressure points are stimulated to aid sleep and reduce anxiety.

A course of 5-10 treatments is highly recommended to achieve the desired results.

A 30 min session with clinical lead Matt Barker - ideal for maintenance or one minor injury problem. Existing clients only

Traditional Chinese cupping therapy including deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques. Alleviate stagnation through the body, helping old injuries and severe tension. Cupping removes toxins, relaxes muscles and encourages blood flow.

Nina - 45 minute Massage

Starting with a shoulder massage which continues over the head and finishes with a facial massage incorporating tension relieving pressure points, this is a lovely stress relieving treatment. Please do not wear wearing foundation/facial make up (eye make up is fine). This treatment incorporates an Ayurvedic hair and scalp oil which acts as a treatment when left on. 

Indian Head Massage

A 45 minute foot massage that can be as relaxing as it is therapeutic.Rejuvenating, mobilising and relieving the soft tissue and joints of the foot and ankle.

45 min Foot Massage

A deeply relaxing and therapeutic massage designed to calm the whole body and mind. Using gentle and mesmeric strokes it can relax the nervous system and give you a sense of wellbeing.
